Subject: Unbounded integer types

A question to all EPICS users:

As anyone of you ever missed an unbounded integral type (often called
'bignum') in EPICS? Are there any (for instance, scientific)
applications for which you would like to have it as a primitive data
type, either for record fields (on the IOC) or in the Channel Access
API?

Curious,
Ben
