 John,
 
 I can't speak definitively here, but this is my best guess:
 - You can have both record types, they won't step on each other
 - You can have both device support types, they won't step on 
 each other
 - You can probably load both drivers, but each controller 
 would have to be addressed by one driver or the other, no 
 mixing of different driver talking to same controller.
 
 Ron Sluiter may have better information.
