I wrote one, but haven't put it in use (the hardware is still sitting on a
shelf awaiting the project to proceed) so it is not thoroughly tested but
should work fine. It just does bi/bo, not mbbi/mbbo.  I can put a copy of
it on my webserver or email you a tarball.
