I am a researcher at National Nuclear Energy Agency of Indonesia, and just started to study about EPICS in Japan. I’m trying to build EPICS on Win32 using MS Visual C++ Toolkit 2003, but I get the following error.

LINK : fatal error LNK1104; cannot open file ‘msvcprt.lib’

I installed Microsoft Visual C++ ToolKit 2003, Microsoft Platform SDK for Windows XP SP2, Microsoft .Net Framework SDK, but I cannot find msvcprt.lib in my computer. How can I get the file?
