JCA 2.1.4
---------

I've release a new version of JCA 2.1.4.
Changes in this version include:

New Features:

  o Added gov.aps.jca.JCALibrary.CHANNEL_ACCESS_JAVA property.

Fixed bugs:

  o gov.aps.jca.jni.JNI.ctxt_pool() was always throwing a CAException due to
    the fact that the ca_poll() function in the C library always returns a
    timeout status code (fix provided by Eric Boucher).

CAJ 1.0

I've also released (long awaited) 100% pure java implementation of CA -
called Channel Accces in Java (CAJ).
I brings much better stability and performance improvements to JNI CA
implementation.
Simple performance tests showed:

- environment: client on the same host, Pentium IV 1.4GHz, 1GB RAM, RedHat 9
- "no bulk" means calling flushIO() after each get request
- number in () is JCA JNI time
