Subject: 3.13 to 3.14 issue

I am moving an application from EPICS 3.13.6 on VxWorks to 3.14.6 on Linux and
have observed the following:

In the 3.13 case, the application src directory contains a dbd include file.
If the project name is test, this file is testInclude.dbd. The include file
is automatically included in the final .dbd file for the project.

Version 3.14 works the same way. However, if this auto-include dbd file is
present, the sequencer is not visible from the IOC shell (i.e. help did not
give seq and typing seq gave an "unknown command" response).

Doing a "make clean uninstall install" made no difference. I had to eliminate
the dbd include file.

Is this a known issue?
