Hi,I'm building channel archiver(07/26/2004) on base3.14.6 for 
linux-x86 -- linux-x86 architechture on redhat linux9.0.

I built all the required component in the directory "ThirdParty",include 
expat-1.95.8
w3c-libwww-5.4.0
Frontier-RPC-0.07b4
xerces-c-src2_4_0
XML-Simple-2.09
xmlrpc-c-0.9.9

But it still showed the following error information:
Do you know the reason?
