Ernest,
I haven't used Perl with Channel Access under R3.14.X.
However you may be interested to know that under 3.13 I found execution
was *much* quicker just calling the systems caget and caput programs in
back ticks rather than using one of the Perl-CA packages. It all depends
how much CA functionality you want I guess.

Hi,
I noticed to links on the APS web page about Perl and ezca.
Is there anyone using and Perl with Channel Access under R3.14.X?
Does BESSY have an updated Pezca package?
Thanks,
Ernest L. Williams Jr.
