Hello,

I am just starting trying to compile EPICS 3.14.4 under windows 2000. 

I have the perl, gnumake and cygwin all installed and the paths correct in
the system enviroment variables.

However, when I try to compile after some time, I get :

Can't find configure/RELEASE file at ../../configure/tools/convertRelease.pl
line 79.

Can anybody help me here, thanks, James
