When i try to run the tutorial program shown http://www.aps.anl.gov/xfd/SoftDist/swBCDA/jca/2.1.2/tutorial.html
in the dos command prompt i get an error message
that:
The procedure entry point _ca_write_access@4 could
not be located in the dynamic link library ca.dll.
I did add ca.dll, jca.dll, and com.dll to the
path. any help would be great
