The behaviour of msi is sick, because the expanded .db file will depend
of the order of the lines, the use of the expansion tool
msi/dbLoadTemplate and, neither all writing errors nor forgotten strings
will be recognised.
It would be more usefull to have default values for substitutions that
may be overwritten in the string expansion lines. May be something like
this:
file test.template {
pattern{ NAME, HOPR="9", LOPR="1", MDEL="0.1"}
{ "X", "7", "-1", "0.2"} --> this is the original idea of the pattern
{ "Y" } --> use the defaults
{ "X", LOPR="-1"} --> use the defaults, but not for LOPR
{ HOPR="5"} --> To forget the NAME (no default defined) should cause
an error
}
