Probably someone answered that already in a private mail, but as I don't
see any answer on Tech-Talk:
These two definitions are generated by "make" in the configure directory
of your application. If make was working properly, they should be
contained in the file <TOP>/configure/O.<ARCH>/CONFIG_APP_INCLUDE which
is included by your app's makefiles.
After changing things in the configure directory it is important to run
"make" there before trying to rebuild the apps themselves.
If things seem to be messed up, try running "make clean" followed by
"make" (in one word: "make clean all") in the configure directory. This
should regenerate the stuff that your other makefiles include.
