Hello Timo,

We also have a requirement for VME64x transition board extender.
Particularly as we have a custom transition board as a Machine Protection
Module. ie the protection logic is on the transition board so is separate
from, and only monitored by the Hytec 8001.

Could you let techtalk and me know if you do or don't find one. If they're
not available I'm happy to initiate a development.

Best Regards.

Mark

Hi,

we at SLS are slowly moving to the MVME5100 series. We have already
bought some cards but have not yet put any into operation (we are
currently using mvme230x cards, which we do not intend to replace as
long as they work.)

An almost unrelated question: has anybody seen or heard of an extender
card for VME64x transition modules? We have extenders for the main cards
and were looking something similar to help in debugging transition
modules but have not found anything yet. Any hints would be appreciated.
