Please note that the ICALEPCS web page has the EPICS
meeting dates incorrect. These were preliminary dates.
After much discussion regarding the last ICALEPCS we
decided to have a one day EPICS meeting to take place
Sunday, October 12th. The reason that we believe that one
day will be adequate is that we will only want to cover
those things that will not be covered during ICALEPCS. The
last time we had a full scale meeting at the same time,
there was a significant amount of overlap. This should
allow us to cover any special topics. I am sorry for any
inconvenience and will contact the ICALEPCS organizers to
ask them to change the announcement. The next EPICS
collaboration meeting to follow this will return to the
three day format and be held in Santa Fe in the June 2004
time frame.
