ranlib is in /usr/ccs/bin/. Make sure that is in your PATH.
> ../tclCa.h:126: blt.h: No such file or directory
blt.h should be installed when you finish installing blt. When building
tclCa, it looks for it in $BLT_INC as defined in
extensions/config/CONFIG_SITE.Host.solaris in your case.
