All,

I have recently committed patches to CVS in both R3.13 and R3.14 to address
specific failures in iocCore occurring when a vxWorks IOC is temporarily low on
network buffers.

Thanks to Johnny Tang and several persons at the APS for their assistance with
tracking down these problems.
