There were definitely some bugs found and fixed in the software (LAN)
synchronized time support since 3.13.beta11, but I don't remember any 6 hour
errors being fixed.

However, you are probably using the Bancom GPS synched hardware time source, and
the problem might be there? Perhaps you should check with KECK to see if they
have fixed any problems in the Bancom driver?

If this IOC does not have a specialized time source then another possibility
might be that it is fetching the starting time and date from the boot host (or
some other host specified by the configuration) and the time and date error
originates from there.

A less likely possibility might be that the IOC has been running for a long
time, its time isn't LAN or hardware synchronized, and the local tick based time
has drifted 6 hours off of correct time.
