Has anyone written a function to map an I/O memory address range
to a valid virtual address range at runtime (without making an entry in
sysLib.c and without relying on wind river's VMI component) ?

So, for example, I'm looking for a function that would look something like

  vaddr = mapAddr( (void*) 0xd8000000, (void*) 0xd8000000, len, stateMask,
             state );
