Hi,
when daylight saving time started this spring, I noticed that time
stamps hadn't been displayed correctly. I wodered if CA didn't support
daylight saving and changed EPICS_TS_MIN_WEST from -60 to -120. But now,
the time is out of sync again. Obviously EPICS does support daylight
saving time but uses other start (and end?) dates than we do in Europe.
What do I have to configure to make EPICS use the correct daylight
saving time?
