Is it possible for you to upgrade the SUNWspro C/C++ compiler suite?
SC5.0 is fairly old now, and I think you will have to upgrade it to be
able to build EPICS R3.14 anyway. That might fix the above problem (but
then again it might not, I don't know as I've not looked at it specifically).
