If your site uses the GNU toolchain, make the following changes before building Epics base with Tornado 2.2;
For R3.13.7,
- remove the -nostdinc switch from <base>/config/CONFIG.Vx (see http://www.windriver.com/products/tornado2/gnu_relnote.pdf Section 2. General Changes ).
