Hi all,

this message relates to those who use CA Put Logging from DESY.
Bug fix: if one modify the field which doesn't cause the record processing
(Ex. DESC field) IOC time stamp in log message will not change.

Updated version of CA Put Logging sources one can find on:

ftp://ftp.desy.de/pub/EPICS/base/src/caPutLog/

There are two directories containing tar files (see remarks in README file):

1. R3.13.4 - the tar file for EPICS release R3.13.4 and later.
2. earlier_than_R3.13.4 - the tar file for EPICS releases
   			  earlier than R3.13.4 (checked for R3.13.1).
