Unfortunately I removed the definition for dbDumpFldDes in release 3.14.0beta2.
It will be put back into R3.14.1.

For now add the following statements to <base>/src/dbStatic/dbStaticLib.h
or to your version of dbStaticJava/cSrc/dbStatic.c

/*dbDumpFldDes is obsolete. It is only provided for compatibility*/
#define dbDumpFldDes dbDumpField
