YES.
We used GPIB VXI controller which needs GPIB secondary address.
We have a modified version of GP-IB support for EPICS 3.13 which support
secondary address for NI GP-IB driver board.

I'm working on the secondary address in the GP-IB support for EPICS 3.14,
currently.
