Hi all, 
   I've hit a block in getting beta2 example IOC's to boot 
(RTEMS mvme167 IOC)
The registerRecordDeviceDriver() command seems to never be registerd
   with the iocsh,I've added the iocshRegister() call for it
in rtemsInit, but wanted to make shure that it is not suposed to be
   happening someware else less OS dependant. as this affects the
   linking and include statments.
