I don't know if this has been fixed already... If you look at the top of the init_record() routine, you'll see that it only gets that far down the routine when pass==1, so there would be no point passing pass anyway. The second argument to the init subroutine has been the address of the record's process routine since CVS records began (R3.12.2). Why did you think it should be the pass (is there some documentation somewhere that implies this? I have a vague feeling I've seen something, but it's not the record reference manual which doesn't even list a second argument to the initialzation subroutine). - Andrew -- Edsger W.
