"No record support?" and the other messages imply that you're not
including the *Record.o object files for motor, ai, ao, longin, longout
etc. in the object code you're downloading to the IOC. Look at your
startup script and the object files you're linking together and/or loading
(Makefile.Vx and baseLIBOBJS in the applications's src directory are
usually important), and compare with another project which works.
PS: There have been many bugs fixed in EPICS base since 3.13.1, you ought
to plan when you're going to upgrade to 3.13.6 or even the forthcoming
3.13.7.
