Looking at the WWW EPICS hardware page, I would assume the answer
is "no".

A suggestion (if you're going to implement this) to make your code more
portable:
- carrier driver: avoid vxWorks specific calls (intConnect sysBusToLocal)
 and use 'devLib.h' instead.
- IP module drivers: avoid vxWorks specific calls. Use the drvIpac API and
 the EPICS (only >= 3.14) OSI APIs (for threads, mutexes etc.)
