	Folks,

I am running EPICS 3.14.0beta1 on vxWorks 5.4.2 (vxWorks-68040 and vxWorks-ppc604).  When I invoke the IOC Shell from the vxWorks target shell, there appears to be a problem with displaying the prompt.  Most commands will not emit the prompt, but the help command seems to store up and print out many of these prompts.

Here is an example of what I see (looks the same for xterm, DECterm or dtterm):

iocspear3>  putenv("IOCSH_PS1=iocsh> ")

value = 0 = 0x0
iocspear3> iocsh

pwd

Type `help command_name' to get more information about a particular command.
