Hello Brian,

The R3.13 DB CA link message is generated by the default CA exception
handler. In R3.13.4 the DB CA link code must be overriding the default
CA exception handler and providing a new subsystem specific message.
Marty is on vacation this week, but he should be able to answer your
question in more detail when he returns.

The channel name is not provided because clients receive one connection
lost exception for each circuit that is terminated and there could be
many, many channels all using one circuit. If the client code needs to
print a channel specific connection lost message then it could use the
connection callback handler, but this might not be popular as the
channel count increases.
