Unitl recently I thought I knew my way around EPICS.
I am endeaving to build the portable channel access server for windows.
So far I have got Perl, Visual C++ installed and built gnu make.
However I fell at the first fence when building the CA libs etc.
For starters I get the following message in my dos window:
 ..../base/src/gmake
G:/gnu/bin/gmake.exe -C tools buildInstall
GMAKE.EXE[1]: Entering directory EPICS_BASE/src/tools
perl ../../bin/WIN32/makeMakefile.pl O.WIN32 Host
process_begin: CreateProcess<<null>, perl
../../bin/WIN32/makeMakefile.pl O.WIN32 Host, ...> failed
make <e=2>: The system cannot find the file specified.
GMAKE.EXE[1]: *** [O.WIN32] Error 2.

I suspect I have a configuration problem.
Can anyone supply me with a set of suitable CONFIG files or point
me in the right direction.

my O/S: windows95
epics release R3.13.6

Thanks
Graham.

Base research is what I am doing when I don't know what I am doing.
