The official seq web site

at keck links to the ftp site 

	ftp://ftp.keck.hawaii.edu/pub/epics/seq

for download. This, however, is an empty directory. At least it appears
as such when viewed with my browser. It would be nice if the files get
re-installed there again. It would also be nice to update the link to
the responsible person, see
