FCS-err is a frame check sequence error, i.e. failed checksum for that
ethernet packet. Such packets are discarded by the device receiving them.
An FCS error suggests a bad ethernet cable / connection or too long of
cable. However the alignment error suggests a speed mismatch.

Since your errors appeared after a computer move, I would check that port
and cable for problems. There is also the possibility that the machine is
now attached to a different type of switch then previously which could
explain a speed mismatch. If so, configure the port on that switch with
the appropriate speed and duplex settings rather than letting it
autonegotiate and see if your problems go away.
