Hi all,

it just needed two hours to track down a suspected bug that turned out
to be an undocumented misfeature of Channel Access Security:

Where in any hostname on the internet the case is ignored, the HAG()
definitions are case sensitive.

This goes nicely with the fact that a CA or CPP INP link that has no
read access sets the record's STAT to LINK instead of READ_ACCESS, which
made us search in every other place than Access Security.
