Thanks a lot. It seems to me as if I've to learn better how to handle
exceptions in tcl/tk. Your script worked much better than mine and showed
me that I have to improve my server (not serving DBR_CTRL_CHAR variable
types), but this is clearly a point where I can proceed - caTCL now also
works fine here.
