Vladis,
You will need to move up to EPICS R3.13.5 to use Tornado II.
Tornado II has a new IP kernel. The network interface query
interface was not backwards compatible and so changes were
required in CA. EPICS R3.13.5 will work with either
Tornado II or Tornado I depending on which version it was built
against. You will need to completely rebuild EPICS base.
