You need to add INCLUDE_SNTPC to your vxWorks build to get the SNTP client
stuff that we're now using.

I'm not sure about that, but fix the other problem first.  You may also
need INCLUDE_CPLUS_STRING which I think incorporates the standard C++
exception classes.

I'm not sure, but I think you have to load munched libraries now or C++
static constructors and destructors won't be run.  Have a look at what the
example application does to generate a single library to be loaded
containing all the necessary object files.
