There is a numerical limit on the number of open files, and
each TCP/IP
socket is an open file.  You can increase this by rebuilding
your vxWorks
boot image.  Edit <tornado>/target/config/all/configAll.h
and change the
#define NUM_FILES from 50 to something larger - we use 150
here at APS.
Save, then run make in the config/<arch> directory to
rebuild the vxWorks
image and reboot.
