I have very recently been receiving this error message from my IOC, which
repeats every few seconds:

0x758828 (CA TCP): CAS: Client accept error was "S_iosLib_TOO_MANY_OPEN_FILES"

I can still run with this error, but I would like to know what might have
caused it.

IOC is MV167, EPICS v.3.13.2, VxWorks v.5.2
