Will the Agilent E2050A GPIB/LAN driver work for this?  The driver talks
VXI-11 and now runs on host or target IOCs with R3.14.  
Some small changes are certainly necessary since the E2050A driver
telnets to the device to issue a reset command on startup, but I would
expect the VXI-11 part of the driver to work.
