When using medm and idl and netscape/iexplorer on x-terminals, if medm isn't
started first there are not enough colors available in the x-term's color
table to display it's (65)
colors.

Is there a way to allocate  medm's (65) RGB color values in the
.Xdefaults or .Xresources file, so that medm's colors are allocated (first)
at login time?  Does someone have an RGB file/dir that includes the standard
medm 65?
