This is a set of macros than make it easy to use C functions from Fortran
and vice-versa. This would allow use of the standard CA library from a
Fortran program.
I highly recommend this package to anyone who has to mix Fortran and C code
or data (common blocks mapped tranparently into C structures).
It's especially useful if portability to different OSes is required, as the
macros transparently support everything from WIntel to Crays.
