I think the answers to this question have been causing some confusion.
The current R3.13.3 release is already compatible with either Tornado 1 or
2. Earlier releases only build with Tornado 1.
The forthcoming R3.13.4 release will remain compatible with both, and I
expect any future R3.13.x releases will too.
R3.14 releases require Tornado 2.
