Hi all!
  I'm running EPICS on target shell.Whenever I try commands involving the
routine, "dbNameToAddr" they get failed.Like,dba,dbpr etc.,.In short I'm
not able to access any fields of the record.

dbDumpPath gives a message that path was not found.Is that any problemm
with dbentry or pdbbase?

dbnr,scanppl,dbDumpFldDes,dbDumpRecord etc., are working fine.

All suggestions are invited.Thanks in advance.

p.s: One more thing,Whenever I tried to create an 'example' application
using templates,I've to make the files under each subdirectory
individually,as the 'Makefile' which is supposed to get created in
<apptop> is not getting created.This is the content of <apptop>
