What version of EPICS are you using? The "ENOBUFS" indicates that
vxWorks has run out of network buffers. This sometimes occurs
if there are a large number of socket file descriptors in use.
To find out the details type "mbufShow", "iosFdShow", "inetstatShow".
Are you using Tornado II (or the SENS IP kernel with Tornado I)?
