At the recent collaboration meeting I realized the beneficial aspects of
using devAiVXStats on my R3.13.beta11 system.

1)  I thought VXStats was part of 'base',  but there is a similarly-named
entry (vxStats) in the Soft Support list.  [ Andrew, we *now* know we must
only use the Soft Support list's links to get software.... but there is no
link or contact shown for vxStats  :-)   ].  Is there a difference in the
device support ?

2)  I think I need a low priority cpuUsageTask to run on my IOC.  How do I
get the source for this?
