Hi GongFa,

The message indicates too many open files. Why would that happen is 
not clear, we don't use iocLogClient on our ioc (!)
Try login on your console and type 'iosFdShow'.
It depend on what you'd expect, but you always could increase the 
default value (50) by recompiling VxWorks, there's an entry 
NUM_FILES in your config.h that set the maximum.
