v2.0.0 of the sequencer does support put with callback on a per-put
basis. Please refer to the sequencer web page at

http://www2.keck.hawaii.edu:3636/realpublic/epics/seq

Unfortunately, v2.0.0 is dependent on EPICS R3.14. The previous
version (also available via the web page), v1.9.4, may also contain
this support (it will run with EPICS R3.13). I'm sorry but I can't
remember whether it does... you will have to check.
