Hi-

     I just received some brand new 167's, and I'm having some problems
loading vxWorks onto it.  I know that my system has been used to
initialize other cards, but the person who did it is no longer around.  
I've tried using the man pages for mv167, but they only list explicit
directions for initializing a 166.  Are the commands the same?  What
jumpers do I need to set on a 167 (if any)?  If anyone has a simple, idiot
proof way of starting up, I would greatly appreciate it.
