When you all are referring to "Tornado II" being required, is it because
you need new BSPs which are only available as VxWorks kernel 5.4, which
in turn is only available as part of "Tornado II"? And is the "problem"
that kernel 5.4 uses only the SENS version of the TCP/IP stack, which
causes channel access to fail?
Just curious as to whether it is a kernel-related requirement or has to
do with the Tcl/Tk gingerbread that WRS ships along with the kernel.
[We find it pretty simple here to edit configAll.h or a few other
files and do a "make"...don't use the host shell either...don't even
fire up the license manager :-) ]
